The property department will provide advice in all commercial conveyancing transactions. It is experienced in acting for landlords and tenants in drafting new leases and advising on existing ones as well as in the sale and purchase of businesses. The firm is well known and respected in the area.
Abbott Cresswell LLP aims to provide a personal service and whilst accurately estimating costs in such transactions is not possible a broad figure based on past experience will always be provided. The method of costing is on an hourly basis and full details will be given at the outset.
The firm will also advise on company matters and assist in the formation of companies. The firm acts for several Freehold owning companies in connection with the legal aspect of co-ownership of blocks of flats in converted houses including advising a number of Residents Associations.
